Our Signature Catering
Made using carefully sourced Higher Welfare British pork from farms. These sausages deliver an authentic butcher’s‑style taste and texture, while offering added reassurance for customers prioritising welfare and provenance.
All sausages are minced, mixed, and filled into beef collagen casings, and IQF frozen for consistency and convenience. Packed in compostable bags, boxed in recyclable cardboard, and sealed with recyclable paper tape.

Our core frozen sausage range delivers excellent flavour, consistency, and value. Made with 76% meat, each sausage is minced, mixed, and filled into natural casings for an authentic butcher’s-style taste and texture.

Our budget friendly range of 60% mmc sausages, minced, mixed & filled into collagen casings. Available in two flavours. Heritage, which is seasoned with cracked black pepper & English sage. Classic, which is a lightly seasoned pork sausage. Cooks perfectly in deep fat, ideal for Fish & Chip shops.
