Hogs Pudding Fajitas


  • 1 packs of mini tortilla wraps
  • 1 Westaways Hogs Pudding, sliced into strips
  • 3 peppers, sliced into strips
  • 2 onions, sliced into strips
  • 1 pack of fajita seasoning
  • 100g of cheddar, grated
  •  sour cream & guacamole for topping
  • 1 lime, sliced

Add a tablespoon of vegetable oil to a large frying pan & begin to fry your onions & peppers.

Once these have started to soften, turn up the heat & add your strips of Hogs Pudding.

Meanwhile, place your tortillas on a baking tray & set the oven to 50°C so that they warm through.

Once the Hogs Pudding has browned, add your seasoning mix, sizzle for a further 5 minutes & then you’re ready to get wrapping!

Serve family style in the middle of the table alongside your cheese, sour cream, guacamole & lime.

Or pre roll & refrigerate wraps for quick & easy lunches. – Reheat for 8 minutes in the air fryer.
