Finely chop half of the sages leaves and mix with the sausage meat.
Divide the sausage meat into 8 equal portions.
Wrap each potion of sausage meat in a rasher of smoked streaky bacon.
Top each parcel with a sage leaf. Brush with oil & cook in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
