Start by roughly chopping your peppers & onions. Add to a large frying pan along with your sausages & gently fry until golden brown.
Once browned, transfer your sausages & vegetables to a casserole dish. Add both tins of tomatoes & the butter beans.
In a small bowl, mix your dry ingredients together, then add to your casserole dish and stir well.
Cover the top & pop in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees. Take the lid off & cook for a further 15-20 minutes, or until the top browns.
